that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including
the Privacy Policy and Confidentiality Obligations described herein.

2. Purpose of the Platform
This Platform is owned and operated by Rokoli LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and is
designed to support Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) operations, including but not limited to:
- Trip scheduling and dispatching
- Driver and contractor management
- Uploading and storing compliance documents
- Managing patient trip files
- Secure communication between administrators, dispatchers, drivers, contractors, and partner companies
This Platform is not intended for emergency medical services.
3. User Roles
Authorized users may include, but are not limited to:
- Administrators
- Dispatchers
- Drivers
- Independent Contractors
- Transportation Companies and Partner Organizations
Access to data is strictly role-based and limited to what is necessary for job performance.
4. User Registration & Account Responsibility
By registering on the Platform, you agree that:
- All information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
- All activities under your account are your responsibility
- You will immediately notify Rokoli LLC of any unauthorized access

6. Privacy & Confidentiality Obligations

All information stored on the Platform is considered confidential, including but not limited to:

Users shall not:
- Access data outside their authorized role

- Share login credentials
- Use the Platform for unlawful or unethical purposes

are violated or required for legal or operational protection.
